The Schindler Career Development Program (SCDP) is a six-year, on-the-job management training program. It is dedicated to selected candidates holding a master's degree in business or engineering and consists of:
  • Three stages, each stage a two-year-management job in a real position
  • Three functional career tracks: Engineering, Field Operations, Business Administration
  • Systematic rotation between career tracks
  • International exchange for two years
